Pages, Blogs & Blog Posts

Pages hold content that rarely changes — About Us, Contact, FAQ, Size Guide — and are created under Online Store > Pages with a title and rich-text or HTML content.

Static pages

Pages hold content that rarely changes — About Us, Contact, FAQ, Size Guide — and are created under Online Store > Pages with a title and rich-text or HTML content.

You can assign a specific page template to a page for a different layout, such as a contact page with a form versus a plain content page.

Real-life example: A page is a laminated poster hung permanently on a shop wall — the same information (About Us, FAQ) available whenever a customer looks.

  • About Us — build trust with your story
  • FAQ — reduce repeated support questions
  • Contact — form or details for reaching support
  • Size Guide / Shipping Info — reduce pre-purchase doubts

Blogs and blog posts

A blog is a container (like 'News' or 'Style Guide'), and blog posts are individual articles published inside that blog, each with its own title, content, image, and author.

Blogging helps SEO by targeting long-tail search terms and gives customers reasons to return to your site outside of pure shopping.

Real-life example: A blog is a magazine rack at your shop entrance — each issue (blog post) gives customers a reason to stop by even when they are not ready to buy yet.

  • Create a blog first, then add posts inside it
  • Add featured images and tags to organize posts
  • Enable comments if you want reader engagement

Using pages and blogs for SEO and support

Well-written FAQ and guide pages reduce support tickets and can rank on search engines for informational queries, bringing in new organic visitors.

Link blog posts to relevant product collections (like a 'How to style a cotton tote' post linking to your bags collection) to turn readers into buyers.

Real-life example: A helpful blog post is a knowledgeable shop assistant who answers a customer's question and then naturally walks them to the right shelf.

Tip: Keep an FAQ page updated with real customer questions from support tickets — it directly reduces future repeat questions.
